Delivery
We aim to get your order to you as soon as possible. We at Mezmerise Accessories will send you an e-mail confirming your order immediately. Goods will normally be dispatched within 48 hours of receipt of your order, but please allow up to 14 working days for them to reach you. Please ensure that all the details that you give us are correct, so that we can carry out our obligation to you effectively.
Very occasionally, items you order may be out of stock. If you have not received your order within 14 days, we will contact you to discuss your order. If you have any special requirements, let us know and we will try to accommodate them.
Please note that while we try to deliver as much as possible together, items may sometimes be delivered by different carriers.

Returns & Refunds
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we will refund your money or exchange any item without question. We only ask that you return the item to us unused and in its original condition, within seven days of receiving your order. When mailing your return please obtain a proof of postage certificate which is available free of charge from any Post Office. Please note we cannot pay for any postage costs.

Once payment has been taken you will receive an order confirmation e-mail, once your order has been processed and dispatched from Mezmerise Accessories, we will then send to you a Delivery confirmation e-mail that your order has been accepted, subject to availability of products, pricing, volume issues or any other substantial reason. Mezmerise Accessories firmly believes that all the customers who order online are aware that colours seen on a monitor will be slightly different as compared to the actual item ordered. All colour options offered on the net is an exercise to provide our customers with the maximum available choice of Mezmerise Accessories. It is practically impossible for us to replicate the same colours on an accessory as seen on your monitor. A slight variation in the shade selected by you is considered as a normal practice as these accessories have a tendency to reflect different shades of a colour under different light and medium.
